USDF Gold Medalist

Kristin Stringer...   Trainer & Longtime WKF Student and Family Member ......

Kristin has been at Windy Knoll Farm since 1990 and her accomplishments have been many over the years.  She started with Fran Kehr as an adult amateur,  and achieved what most adult amateur's only dream of.  With Fran's guidance,  she trained her imported 3 yr old Hannoverian, Primaner ("Primo") from "barely broke",   to a successful Grand Prix competition horse.  Kristin earned the coveted USDF Gold Medal in 2007, along with numerous USDF and SWDC Championships along the way.  She also trained and showed  2 Friesians that lived at WKF, belonging to the late Beth Butler.  One of the Friesians competed successfully in   FEI
Int 1, whom Kristin then turned over to our WKF Young Rider at the time...qualifying him for the Reg 9 Young Rider Team competing in Lexington, KY.

Kristin has worked for Allstate Insurance since graduating college 1988.  She is most importantly a mom of three children.  It goes without saying that Kristin achieved her dressage accomplishments as a  true adult amateur with a "full plate"!!

Kristin has since changed rider status to "open", and as a professional she   trained and showed Margret Kripke's  Hanoverian mare, "River Dance" thru Grand Prix.  Additionally, Kristin trained 2 other horses owned by Margaret. Currently, Kristin is training, and will begin showing Margaret's newest baby Dutch mare, Pandora. Stay tuned... :)
